Joan is an accomplished leader in the marketing research industry, recognized for her commitment to excellence, relevance and respectability. During her 25-year career, Joan has helped build some of the world’s most successful brands through her keen understanding of consumer insights, package design, brand communications, advertising, and new product development. Joan provides TGG clients with the creative integration of traditional and non-conscious research tools across a variety of capabilities and services. She has held leadership positions at the American Marketing Association, the Advertising Research Foundation, the Market Research Council, and Advertising Women of New York. Joan is a graduate of the City University of NY/CCNY (BA in sociology and psychology) and the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business (MBA in marketing), and is an ISO 20252 Certified Marketing Research Auditor (CIRQ).
